in the German, Urian can denote "the Devil."
Urian, Sir (Ger.
pron. oo're-ân). [Ger. Herr Urian.] Among
the Germans, a sportive designation of a man who is very little thought
of, or who is sure to turn up unexpectedly and inopportunely. In
